7. 放老抽,翻炒

8.放匈牙利梅子酒(没有的可以选用其他酒类,但味道可能不如这个香),一勺香醋(为了使肉容易烂),开水没过羊肉

9.我用的是这种酒,是匈牙利产的一种梅子酒,细长的瓶颈。

10.炖羊肉的过程中,把胡萝卜和山药切滚刀块。注意,早切了山药会变黑。

11.小火炖到半小时时,放胡萝卜,盐

15.成品,满屋子都飘着羊肉和香菜混合的香味,配上碗香米饭,开吃。
小窍门&温馨提示
1. 炖煮时间根据个人口味,锅和燃气效率的不同可能会不同,此处仅做参考。我这个炖好了是软硬适中。
2. 所谓香辣只是做法,不会像湘菜或川菜那样,几个干红椒只是调味作用,羊肉吃起来不会辣。
3. 对于高血压、热性体质的人,要少吃羊肉。
